Eligibility For Refund / Replacement

You can request a refund/replacement if:

  • Product is damaged/defective

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Missing items received

Request Timeline

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Process

  • After approval, refund is processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refund is credited to the original payment method

  • For COD orders, refund may be done via UPI/Bank transfer
